Deadlines
The volatility of good candidates and the urgency for companies to fill a position mean that we have to be reactive. That's why we do everything we can to present the first candidates within 3 weeks. Thanks to our multi-channel search process, we multiply the means to identify candidates with the right profile on the market.
Integration follow-up
Our mission continues after the contract has been signed between the company and the candidate. Throughout the interim period between the signing of the contract and the start of the job, we remain in constant contact with both parties. During the trial period, and throughout the first year, we communicate regularly with the candidate to ensure that the integration is going well. We provide the client with a written report of our exchanges.
Guarantees
If the contract is terminated during the guarantee period, we undertake to take over the assignment free of charge and to present new candidates.
Checking and referencing
It is important to reassure our clients that the information provided by candidates is true. This is why we systematically check diplomas and conduct reference checks with former employers.
Fees
Our fees are calculated on the basis of a percentage of the gross annual remuneration of the recruited candidate but also according to the complexity of the search and are invoiced progressively. They can be degressive according to the number of missions entrusted.
Negotiation
We act as a bridge between the two parties to find the best compromise.
